At Lab Allegiance, we offer both print-on-demand and handcrafted items. Shipping times vary based on the product type:

Print-on-Demand Items

(Shirts, mugs, stickers, etc. fulfilled by Gelato)

Production time: 2–5 business days

Shipping time: 4–10 business days (varies by location)

Items may arrive separately if ordered with self-fulfilled products

Self-Fulfilled Items

(Hats, bundles, or items shipped from our shop)

Processing time: 2–3 business days

Shipping time: 3–7 business days (USPS, UPS, or FedEx)

You’ll receive tracking info once your item is shipped

International Orders

We currently ship to select countries.

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If a package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us at laballegiance@gmail.com — we’ll help track it down or replace it when eligible.
